Welcome to TierMe. Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the TierMe app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the TierMe app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
When using TierMe, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you create using TierMe ("User Content"). By creating and sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the app.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
TierMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express permission.
TierMe offers certain premium features that can be accessed through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings.
TierMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TierMe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TierMe at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
