Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store account you used originally.
Streaks update at midnight in your device's time zone, so practicing late at night still counts for that day. If something looks off, reach out and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Check that notifications are enabled for ServSafe Prep in your device's system settings, and that reminders are turned on in the app under Settings → Reminders.
Go to Settings → Reset Progress. This clears your stats, streaks, and missed-question pool. It can't be undone, so use it carefully.
Completely. ServSafe Prep collects no data and has no accounts — your answers, progress, streaks, and bookmarks stay only on your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
